I love Fulins Crab Ragoon and their Sesame Chicken, it's delicious! I also love that when you order take out it's always ready in 10 minutes! In my opinion the quantity and quality and worth every penny and the price is right.

Outstanding service, huge and fresh servings and the best egg drop soup around. I eat here every time I am in town and I am never disappointed. The price is amazing for what you get. They have all the classics, but you'll do well to try something other than sweet and sour, General Tso, sesame chicken or whatever. They're all good, mind you. On sunday they do a buffet that will easily win you over. I can't recommend this place enough!

I used to really like this place, but the quality has gone down significantly over the years. They seem to be buying lower quality cheaper ingredients and the taste is not the same. Of course, pretty much every other Chinese restaurant in Little Rock is just as bad, so unless you're willing to drive down to Mr. Chen's, this may be the best you can get in this area of town.

BEST Chinese food in Little Rock! I've eaten here my whole life and the quality of food and service has never changed- excellent! I don't live here any more but always come here when I'm home. The girl at the front counter is awesome (she's always been great!) and can recommend something yummy if you're not sure what you want. She told me to try the black pepper shrimp last night as I was looking for a simple (not too saucy) shrimp dish for my 3 year old son. It was perfect! Tasty, not too much sauce, and great steamed broccoli to go with it. He was licking his fingers from that and the fried rice! We almost always order the same food otherwise- beef and vegetables, sweet and sour chicken, combination fried rice, egg rolls, and egg drop soup- been eating this for years and it's still my favorite Chinese meal ever. I've also had the Mongolian beef, hot and sour soup, crab Rangoon, and a few other items- everything is wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Went for lunch and they do have a good lunch menu at good prices. We come here quite a bit my father in law loves it. Service is always good. I always get the lemon chicken and it's good nothing great but good deal for the price. My daughter and her friend split the sweet and sour chicken and that turned out well, there is always a lot of chicken. Very good value for the price but they are kind of hit and miss for me and thus time my chicken was a miss.

Lunch is a good deal for around 6 dollars. The food is so-so. They are usually pretty quick. Don't order fried rice of any sort because it sucks.

This place is fantastic value for money! We were a group of 4 and went here for dinner last night. Imagine our surprise when we saw that the fix-price dinner was under $12! We all ordered the fix price, which included a soup, a plate with 1 eggroll, 1 chicken tender and 1 crab rangoon, followed by the main entree with steamed or fried rice. The soup was OK. The bowl it was served in though, was ice cold, and as a result the soup was slightly above room temperature. The appatizer plate is a double-triple-quadruple fried set. The crab rangoon in particular was a joke - just fried dough with a cream cheese filing. The main entree with the fried rice was not bad. Pretty decent Chinese food! Overall, really good value for money. If you're looking for a quick meal at an absurdly low price, check it out!

Pork lo Mein and Orange Peel Chicken were tasty, service was good. The experience started off as the low point of the night when the crab rangoons we paid $6 for had obviously been left out for awhile. Normally this crisp delicious treat is one of my favorite parts of the meal, but these had been out long enough that the cheese/crab mixture was no longer gooey and melted; they were almost solid in the middle. Disappointed and a little sketched out we ordered and the entrees were great. The interior is nothing fancy, a typical Chinese joint. Might go back for takeout if in the area.

I'd say Fulin is one of the better Chinese restaurants in Little Rock. They have a serene atmosphere, a nice waitstaff, and quality food. Go for lunch for the best prices, as it's a tad expensive at night. My family and I each ordered separate dishes, with two being "meals" (including a soup and appetizer.) Dishes are around $9-$10, while meals are $13-$14. The egg drop soup is great, and the appetizers (egg roll, dumpling, and crab rangoon) were decent. Between the table, we tasted the Orange Peel Chicken, Curry Chicken, and another dish I fail to recall. All were piping hot and good. $1 extra for white meat if requested.

Its located on bowman curve & I have ate here most of my life. Everyone has that 1 Chinese restaurant u eat at. Well this one is mine and I love it. The best crab Rangoon you will ever taste lives here! I also enjoy their chicken fried rice or sesame chicken. Egg rolls and egg drop soup are very good as well.

Of course I was craving Chinese food and was told that there isn't any good Chinese food around Little Rock... so I Yelped for myself and we tried this place out. Let's start with the positive: lots of available seating, lunch specials even on Saturdays, friendly hostess/cashier, good food. We started with the fried dumplings/pot stickers and they were AWESOME. They were definitely home-made and were huge with a ton of meaty filling inside. I love how they were cooked, like all fried together in a pan and you kind of had to pull them apart. And the portion was also way more than the two of us could eat. I had the General Tso's Chicken and my friend had the shrimp Lo Mein. My lunch portion was HUGE- enough for 2 meals for sure, and the chicken was swimming in a pool of flavorful sauce. My friend's lo mein was ok, but the portion wasn't as big as mine. Throw in a side of egg rolls and we were stuffed. But the reasons they lost a star: The ambiance isn't much to look at, and I get it, but I looked up at the wall we were sitting next to, and there was a knob for like a ceiling fan or lights on dimmers or something that was disgustingly dirty, and the whole place felt a little stale and old. The bathroom floors were sticky too. And also, our waitress was a little pushy... I wanted to start with the pot stickers and then give us a minute to look over the menu some more, but she just hovered over us awkwardly until we finally said to come back. Oh and the fortune cookies were stale. Like stale to the point that I took a few chews and had to spit it out. Ha. Sorry to kill the 5 reviews all 5-stars, but I guess I'm a little on the particular side. But hey, thanks to you other Yelpers, I wouldn't have even made it here and helped my friend find a new place to eat in town! Thanks guys!

OMG. Top of the line...great service, fabulous egg drop soup...a cashew chicken that was one of the best I've ever ever ever had. I also liked the fact that when I ordered the entree without MSG the server said, "Oh! There is some MSG in the egg drop soup and appetizers!" ...i wasn't trying to eliminate all of it, just minimize, but that was very helpful and polite. I paid $10.40 for soup, one each of a chicken strip, crab rangoon and egg roll and a ginormous platter of cashew chicken and steamed rice. They have lunch deals for about $5...and don't fool yourself...I'll be back to try them.

I was having a craving for shrimp fried rice and this place fit the bill perfectly. My husband called in for take out and was there and back faster than I thought possible. The shrimp fried rice was exactly what you want from chinese take out: a generous portion, a little greasy but not too greasy, a decent balance of veggies, shrimp and rice, and at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

It's nice that a family owned restaurant actually improves over time the way Fu Lin has over the years. If you're in the mood for Chinese or take out, give this a try instead of P F Chang's and you won't be disappointed. The prices are all reasonable as well. I haven't had everything on the menu, but everything I've had has been great. Go, see, eat!

My friend just got back from spending three days in the ER from food poisoning from Fu lins. He had the spicy chicken; def wouldn't recommend that, or this restaurant, unless projectile vomiting for 72 hours is your idea of a good time. Fu Lins did give him $7k to not press charges.

Not great quality. The dining area felt a little grungy. The padding in the booth sank down too far and it was a bit sticky. They pumped out elevator music and the decor was cheap. The dishes and sauce cups were worn out looking. The steamed dumplings tasted stale and the dumpling doe was hard at the ends. You could tell they were old and cheap. The egg rolls were dripping with grease and stuffed with the usual cabbage. Again, obviously from a frozen package. The shrimp with lobster sauce was bland. The vegetables (carrots and peas) were obviously from a bag of frozen veggies. Shrimp seemed ok. The steamed rice was hard without flavor. It was not sticky and steamy like a good chinese rice should be like. My husband got the crispy beef. It was flavorful but very sugary. The menu was your very basic Chinese menu. Nothing seemed hand made or authentic. Our waitress did her job just fine. it was in the height of lunch hour and it was pretty much empty which tells you a lot. All in all we ate the food but it wasn't a very exciting experience in the least. We will not be going back. A shame, some years ago it was bustling with people enjoying quality food. Not so these days.

I love this place!!! I'm pretty picky about where I eat Chinese food, and Fu Lin's rates the best on my list. The restaurant is very clean and their food is always excellent. I've always gotten their food to-go, so I don't know about the service, but I'm sure it is great because everyone was always very nice. My favorites are Sesame chicken, Chef's Beef, Fried Rice and egg rolls. Yum! I wish I could eat there tonight.
